Je komt terecht bij een grote internationale productieonderneming binnen de verpakkingssector. Op deze site worden technische verpakkingsoplossingen geproduceerd voor uiteenlopende toepassingen binnen onder meer voeding, dranken, farmaceutische producten en medische producten.

In regio Hamme werk je in een moderne productieomgeving met een sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark en een lokaal team van ongeveer 185 collega's. De schaal is internationaal, maar op de werkvloer blijft het persoonlijk: techniekers kennen hun installaties, werken nauw samen en krijgen ruimte om zelf met oplossingen en verbeteringen te komen.

Voor een mechanieker betekent dat vooral één ding: genoeg techniek om je tanden in te zetten. Van een onverwachte mechanische storing tot preventief onderhoud en technische verbeterprojecten, hier blijft je gereedschapskist zelden lang dicht.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw rol als storingsmechanieker spoor je mechanische storingen aan machines en installaties op en zorg je voor een gerichte en duurzame oplossing
  • Daarnaast voer je preventieve onderhoudswerken uit zodat het machinepark betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt blijft functioneren
  • Samen met jouw technische collega's werk je mee aan toekomstige projecten zoals machineoptimalisaties, nieuwe investeringen en aanpassingen aan de infrastructuur
  • Tot slot werk je volgens de geldende procedures rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu en draag je als storingsmechanieker rechtstreeks bij aan een vlot productieproces
  • Qua opleiding beschik je bij voorkeur over een A2-diploma (elektro)mechanica of bouwde je een gelijkwaardige technische kennis op via ervaring en bijscholing
  • Daarnaast is ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud mooi meegenomen en heb je vooral een sterke interesse in machines, mechanica en het oplossen van technische problemen
  • Op technisch vlak beschik je over een goed mechanisch inzicht, kan je vlot met computers en software werken en schrikt een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving je niet af
