Zoek jij als mecanicien de pure afwisseling van mechanische montages, revisies en machineverplaatsingen op locatie, gecombineerd met je eigen uitgeruste servicewagen vanaf dag één en de zekerheid van een vast contract? In de regio Wingene ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar binnen de industriële metaalsector. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je voert mechanische opdrachten uit bij uiteenlopende industriële opdrachtgevers in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Vanaf de opstart krijg je de beschikking over een servicewagen met tankkaart, kwalitatief gereedschap en door het bedrijf betaalde attestopleidingen (o.a. rolbrug, hoogwerker, heftruck, verreiker).

Wat ga je doen?

Als mecanicien verleen jij vakkundige mechanische ondersteuning aan uiteenlopende industriële productiebedrijven. Jij waarborgt de werking van het machinepark door preventieve inspecties uit te voeren en mechanische pannes trefzeker op te lossen. Je staat in voor het demonteren, reviseren en afstellen van onderdelen zoals lagers, kettingen, tandwielkasten en overbrengingen.

Je draait mee tijdens geplande onderhoudsstops, ondersteunt bij de opbouw van splinternieuwe machinelijnen en assisteert bij de complete verhuizing van industriële installaties. Aan de hand van mechanische 3D-tekeningen en montageschema's ga je uiterst nauwkeurig te werk. Om wisselstukken pas te maken, voer je zelfstandig metaalbewerkingen uit zoals boren, zagen en slijpen. Afhankelijk van de klant werk je flexibel in dagdienst, 2-ploegen of de vaste nacht.

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, beschik je over een diploma A4, A3 of A2 in de mechanica, of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als mecanicien in een industriële omgeving, waardoor je over een brede mechanische kennis beschikt en vlot technische plannen of 3D-tekeningen kunt lezen. Daarnaast voer je vlot verschillende metaalbewerkingen uit, zoals zagen, boren en slijpen. Je stelt veiligheid altijd centraal, hebt geen hoogtevrees en bent bereid om zelfstandig op verplaatsing te werken bij onze klanten. Indien je ook kunt lassen (MAG/MIG of TIG), dan is dat voor deze rol een sterke meerwaarde
