Voor een sterke speler actief in infrastructuur-, grond- en wegenwerken zoeken we een mecanicien die graag sleutelt aan rollend materieel en niet panikeert van een dringende interventie.

Geen steriele garage waar alles blinkt maar niemand praat. Wel een no-nonsense omgeving waar techniek, teamwork en gezond verstand centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als mecanicien zorg je ervoor dat het wagenpark en het werfmaterieel technisch in orde blijven. Je werkt samen met collega-mecaniciens en de fleetmanager, maar krijgt ook veel zelfstandigheid.

De combinatie van atelierwerk en interventies op de werf zorgt voor afwisseling in je dagen.

Jouw taken:

• Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan camionettes, vrachtwagens en werfmaterieel

• Technische storingen opsporen en oplossen

• Dringende interventies uitvoeren op werven

• Klein materiaal voor de ploegen herstellen en controleren

• Wagenpark opvolgen en preventief onderhouden

• Overleggen met de fleetmanager over onderdelen en bestellingen

• Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes

Je werkt aan professioneel materiaal en krijgt de ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Hier appreciëren ze mensen die problemen oplossen. Niet mensen die er vooral meetings over plannen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring als mecanicien of technisch sterke werkervaring met voertuigen of machines

• Interesse in bouwmachines en groot materieel is belangrijk

• Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook goed in team

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft kalm bij technische problemen

• Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen

• Rijbewijs B is nodig, BE of C is een sterke plus

• Kennis Nederlands is belangrijk, Engels is mooi meegenomen

• Flexibiliteit bij dringende interventies schrikt jou niet af
