Mecanicien zwaar materieel - werken in Duitsland

Wat ga je doen?

Werk aan indrukwekkende machines op internationale werven en zorg ervoor dat het materieel altijd in topconditie blijft.

Je komt terecht bij Denys, een toonaangevende speler in infrastructuur-, energie- en waterprojecten. Innovatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit staan centraal. Je werkt met modern materieel en krijgt alle kansen om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen in een internationale werkomgeving.

Als mecanicien sta je in voor het onderhoud, de diagnose en de herstellingen van een uitgebreid machinepark op buitenlandse werven. Je werkt volgens een rotatiesysteem van 10 dagen werken en 4 dagen thuis en draagt bij aan het vlotte verloop van uitdagende internationale projecten.

-Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan bouwmachines op de werf.

-Je werkt aan rupskranen, bandkranen, graafmachines en sidebooms.

-Je onderhoudt ook stroomgroepen, compressoren, pompen en andere werfmachines.

-Je spoort mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische storingen op en lost ze zelfstandig op.

-Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om stilstand van machines te vermijden.

-Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen aan machines en werkprocessen.

-Je waakt over de veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van het materieel.

-Je werkt voornamelijk op werven in Duitsland binnen een internationaal team.

Internationale werven in Duitsland (o.a. Cloppenburg, Isernhagen, Heilbronn, Rostock, Wehretal, Wilhelmshaven en Berlijn). - Vaardigheden:

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een diploma (auto)mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als mecanicien, servicetechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker van zwaar materieel.

Je hebt een sterke kennis van mechanica en hydraulica. Kennis van elektriciteit is een mooie meerwaarde.

Je hebt ervaring met dieselmotoren. Kennis van laswerken is een extra troef.

Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je kan technische storingen analyseren en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je bent flexibel en werkt graag gedurende langere periodes op buitenlandse werven.

Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs C is een plus of je bent bereid dit te behalen.

Een goede kennis van het Engels is een troef.

Opleiding:

Diploma (auto)mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.

Vakkennis:

Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met onderhoud en herstellingen van zwaar rollend materieel. Goede kennis van mechanica, hydraulica en bij voorkeur elektriciteit, dieselmotoren en laswerken.

Talenkennis:

Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een plus.

Attesten:

Rijbewijs B. Rijbewijs, C is een meerwaarde of je bent bereid dit te behalen.

VCA-attest te behalen voor opstart

- Attesten:

Je bent bereid een VCA-attest te behalen hetzij met een opleiding van 1dag voor opstart
