Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in een technische nichemarkt. In de cilinderafdeling werk je met ervaren collega's aan revisie, montage, testen en laswerk. De werkomgeving is professioneel uitgerust en biedt ruimte om je technische kennis verder te verdiepen. Jobomschrijving

  • Je demonteert hydraulische cilinders en inspecteert de verschillende onderdelen op slijtage of beschadiging.
  • Je gebruikt opdrachtfiches en meetinstrumenten om vaststellingen correct te beoordelen en een herstelrapport op te maken.
  • Je monteert cilinders opnieuw en test ze zelfstandig aan de hand van een testrapport.
  • Je last onderdelen van hydraulische cilinders met een halfautomaat en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige afwerking.
  • Je denkt mee over de juiste technische aanpak en bewaakt tijdens het volledige proces de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je hebt een stevige technische achtergrond als mecanicien, lasser of onderhoudstechnieker en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met mechanische montage en halfautomaat lassen en werkt daarbij nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat en gebruikt metingen om je werk te controleren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse om je verder te verdiepen in hydraulica en cilinderrevisie.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hecht belang aan kwaliteit en een nette afwerking.
