Werk je graag aan verschillende machines en krijg je energie van sleutelen, storingen zoeken en zelf oplossingen bedenken? In deze job krijg je een brede technische uitdaging: van accugereedschap en grasmaaiers tot zitmaaiers en compacttractoren. Je leert elke dag bij en krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in een klein technisch team waar geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is.

  • Je onderhoudt en herstelt verschillende tuin- en landbouwmachines, van grasmaaiers en zitmaaiers tot compacttractoren.
  • Je werkt aan motoren, elektrische systemen en hydraulische componenten en zoekt mee naar de oorzaak van technische storingen.
  • Je monteert grotere machines en werkt daarbij met mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische onderdelen.
  • Je werkt volgens technische plannen en voert ook aanpassingen en montagewerken uit wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je last regelmatig met halfautomaat of elektrode en gebruikt waar nodig een pc om machines of tractoren uit te lezen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een compact team van vijf vaste medewerkers. Je werkt dicht samen met ervaren collega's die hun technische kennis graag delen en elkaar ondersteunen wanneer dat nodig is. De sfeer is persoonlijk en de communicatie is rechtstreeks. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl je kan rekenen op ondersteuning wanneer je ergens tegenaan loopt. De grootste troef van deze job? Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis breed in te zetten en verder uit te bouwen, van klassieke mechaniek tot moderne elektrische aandrijvingen. Je hoeft niet uit een klassieke onderhoudsfunctie te komen. Vooral jouw technische nieuwsgierigheid, handigheid en zin om bij te leren zijn belangrijk.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of ervaring met mechanica, bijvoorbeeld via brommers, oldtimers, kleine voertuigen of gelijkaardige machines.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt graag mee wanneer een machine een storing vertoont.
  • Je hebt interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit en hydraulica en vindt het leuk om verschillende technieken te combineren.
  • Ervaring met halfautomaat- of elektrode lassen is mooi meegenomen, maar je kan dit ook verder leren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar vindt het ook belangrijk om goed samen te werken en kennis te delen met collega's.
