Voor een innovatieve machinebouwer zoeken we een Mechanical Design Engineer die mee bouwt aan de volgende generatie landbouwmachines. Je krijgt de kans om een ontwerp volledig op te volgen, van eerste idee tot praktijktest.

Een functie voor ingenieurs die graag techniek combineren met praktijk.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Mechanical Design Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, verbeteren en optimaliseren van landbouwmachines.
  • Je volgt het volledige traject van jouw ontwerpen op en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit engineering, montage en testing.

Een typische werkdag?

  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe mechanische oplossingen en werkt ontwerpen uit die bijdragen aan de verdere innovatie van de machines.
  • Daarnaast analyseer je bestaande ontwerpen en zoek je voortdurend naar verbeteringen op vlak van prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en gebruiksgemak.
  • Tijdens het oogstseizoen trek je regelmatig het veld in om machines in actie te zien. Je observeert hoe ze presteren, verzamelt feedback en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je begeleidt bovendien de bouw van prototypes, ondersteunt bij testen en volgt jouw projecten op tot de uiteindelijke implementatie.
  • Master Industrieel Ingenieur of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Elektromechanica
