Tijdens dit Graduate Program – Service Engineer to Mechanical Design Engineer krijg je de kans om alle facetten van de machines en technologie grondig te leren kennen. De eerste twee jaar bouw je internationale praktijkervaring op als Service Engineer. Daarna zet je deze kennis om in een uitdagende ontwerpfunctie binnen het engineeringteam.

Fase 1: Service Engineer (eerste ±2 jaar – ongeveer 80% internationaal reizen)

Als Service Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Installeren en inbedrijfstellen van machines bij klanten wereldwijd
  • Plannen en coördineren van installaties in overleg met de klant
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en oplossen van technische storingen op locatie
  • Testen en optimaliseren van machines tijdens de opstartfase
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische feedback terugkoppelen naar de engineeringafdeling
  • Een grondige kennis opbouwen van de machines, componenten, toepassingen en klantprocessen
  • Ongeveer 80% internationaal reizen gedurende de eerste twee jaar

Fase 2: Mechanical Design Engineer (na het Graduate Program)

Na het succesvol afronden van het opleidingstraject groei je door naar de functie van Mechanical Design Engineer.

Als Mechanical Design Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van innovatieve machines, van concept tot productie
  • Uitwerken van mechanische constructies en technische oplossingen
  • Meewerken aan engineering, prototyping, testen en validatie
  • Rekening houden met kwaliteit, kostprijs en projectplanning
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers, productie en andere engineeringteams
  • Actief meedenken over productverbeteringen en nieuwe machineconcepten
  • Gemiddeld ongeveer 10% internationaal reizen voor projectopvolging of technische ondersteuning

Voor dit Graduate Program – Service Engineer to Mechanical Design Engineer zoeken we een leergierige ingenieur met een passie voor machinebouw en techniek. Je bent hands-on ingesteld, werkt graag samen en kijkt ernaar uit om eerst praktijkervaring op te doen voordat je doorgroeit naar een ontwerpfunctie.

Als Graduate Program – Service Engineer to Mechanical Design Engineer beschik je over:

  • Masterdiploma Mechanische Engineering of Elektromechanische Engineering
  • Sterke technische interesse in machinebouw en mechanisch ontwerp
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en praktische ingesteldheid
  • Leergierige en proactieve houding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken
  • Bereidheid om gedurende de eerste twee jaar ongeveer 80% internationaal te reizen
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
