Voor een innovatieve engineeringpartner in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een Mechanisch Ontwerper graag technische uitdagingen omzet in slimme en duurzame oplossingen. Deze onafhankelijke KMO werkt voor uiteenlopende industriële klanten. Dankzij hun sterke technische expertise worden ze vaak betrokken bij strategische investeringsprojecten waarbij innovatie, vertrouwelijkheid en maatwerk centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een klein maar sterk gespecialiseerd team waar ondernemerschap, initiatief en technische creativiteit volop gestimuleerd worden. Hier krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan projecten die je later letterlijk in het landschap zal terugzien.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Mechanical Design Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van technische projecten en concepten in nauw overleg met klanten, leveranciers en collega's
  • Daarnaast ontwerp je productieomgevingen, procesinstallaties en machines op maat van de klant
  • Verder werk je volledige lay-outs en 3D-modellen uit en zet je concepten om naar concrete ontwerpen met behulp van gespecialiseerde engineeringsoftware
  • Ook denk je actief mee over optimalisaties en innovatieve oplossingen die klanten helpen om hun productieprocessen efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken
  • Tot slot volg je jouw projecten van ontwerp tot realisatie op en fungeer je als technisch aanspreekpunt gedurende het volledige traject
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een technische richting
  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring als ontwerper of bent een ambitieuze starter met een sterke technische basis
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met 3D-ontwerppakketten
