The posting

Ontwerpen die effectief gebouwd worden. Geen theoretische oefening.

Je hebt al wat ervaring in engineering en wil vooruit. Niet alleen tekenen, maar ook zien wat er met je werk gebeurt.

In deze rol werk je aan machines die effectief gebouwd worden. Je zit dus niet vast achter je scherm, maar staat dicht bij productie en montage.

Je vertaalt 3D-ontwerpen naar concrete productietekeningen. Alles moet kloppen, logisch zijn en maakbaar blijven.

Je maakt technische documentatie op en zorgt dat collega’s in productie weten wat ze moeten doen. Geen ruis, wel duidelijkheid.

Tijdens het productieproces blijf je betrokken. Je beantwoordt vragen, stuurt bij waar nodig en verbetert ontwerpen op basis van feedback.

Daarnaast werk je mee aan verbeterprojecten en denk je actief mee over hoe dingen efficiënter of slimmer kunnen.

Je schakelt met collega’s, leveranciers en soms klanten. Techniek blijft de rode draad.

Wat helpt om hier goed te zitten:

  • Diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkaardig (of ervaring)
  • Eerste ervaring in engineering of ontwerp
  • Goede kennis van 3D CAD (bij voorkeur Creo of NX)
  • Je denkt praktisch en houdt rekening met maakbaarheid
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen

Goesting om bij te leren is minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
