Voor een sterk technisch bedrijf actief binnen machinebouw zoeken we een Mechanical Design & Project Engineer die mee wil werken aan zowel bestaande als volledig nieuwe machines op maat van de klant.

Het bijzondere aan deze functie is de flexibiliteit. Het takenpakket wordt afgestemd op uw ervaring, interesses en ambities. Wilt u vooral ontwerpen? Dan kan de focus daar liggen. Krijgt u energie van klantencontact en projectopvolging? Dan kan uw rol ook sterker in die richting evolueren.

Zowel een ambitieuze master schoolverlater als een ervaren engineer komt in aanmerking.

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • U werkt mee aan het mechanisch ontwerp van machines en installaties, volledig afgestemd op de toepassing en behoeften van de klant.
  • U tekent en ontwerpt in Creo Direct en vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • U optimaliseert bestaande machines en projecten op vlak van constructie, functionaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kostprijs.
  • U krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om volledig nieuwe concepten en machines vanaf nul mee uit te werken.
  • Afhankelijk van uw interesses onderhoudt u rechtstreeks contact met klanten om technische behoeften te analyseren en oplossingen te bespreken.
  • U kunt betrokken worden bij technische en commerciële besprekingen, waaronder prijsafspraken en onderhandelingen rond projecten.
  • U werkt nauw samen met collega's uit engineering, productie en projectmanagement om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
  • Naarmate uw ervaring groeit, kunt u steeds meer ownership krijgen over volledige projecten.

Uw exacte takenpakket ligt dus niet vooraf volledig vast. Samen wordt bekeken waar uw sterktes liggen en in welke richting u zich verder wilt ontwikkelen.

Wie Ben Je

  • U beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma binnen een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, werktuigkunde of mechanisch ontwerp.
  • Ook kandidaten met een bachelor en sterke relevante ervaring kunnen interessant zijn.
  • Een master schoolverlater met een sterke technische interesse is absoluut welkom.
  • U hebt interesse in machinebouw, mechanisch ontwerp en technische maatwerkoplossingen.
  • Ervaring met 3D CAD is een pluspunt. Kennis van Creo Direct is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste indien u andere relevante software beheerst.
  • U denkt oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van technische uitdagingen waarvoor geen standaardoplossing bestaat.
  • U bent leergierig en wilt zich op termijn verder ontwikkelen als technisch expert, project engineer, projectleider of richting een meer commerciële functie.
  • Ervaring is geen must: het bedrijf investeert sterk in de opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.
