Mechanical Designer | Industriële Projecten

Voor een sterk groeiende industriële productieomgeving in de regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Mechanical Designer die zich graag verdiept in technisch tekenwerk en machinebouw.

In deze functie ligt de nadruk sterk op 3D CAD en technisch ontwerp. U komt terecht in een indrukwekkend en sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark waar continu wordt geïnvesteerd in nieuwe installaties, uitbreidingen en optimalisaties.

De machines zelf worden voornamelijk door externe machinebouwers ontwikkeld. Uw rol bestaat erin om intern de technische schakel te vormen tussen deze installaties en ervoor te zorgen dat layouts, verbindingen, transportbanden, ondersteunende constructies en technische aansluitingen correct worden ontworpen en op elkaar aansluiten.

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • U bent ongeveer 90% van uw tijd actief bezig met 3D CAD en technisch tekenwerk, waardoor u zich volledig kunt verdiepen in ontwerp.
  • U tekent technische oplossingen uit voor uitbreidingen, wijzigingen en optimalisaties binnen een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.
  • U ontwerpt onder andere verbindingen tussen machines, transportsystemen, ondersteunende constructies en technische layouts.
  • U voert regelmatig opmetingen uit op de werkvloer en vertaalt de bestaande situatie naar correcte 3D-modellen en technische tekeningen.
  • U past bestaande plannen aan wanneer installaties of productielijnen gewijzigd worden en houdt de technische documentatie actueel.
  • U werkt nauw samen met Project Engineers, techniekers en externe machinebouwers om ervoor te zorgen dat verschillende installaties technisch correct op elkaar aansluiten.
  • U denkt praktisch mee over technische verbeteringen en oplossingen binnen het machinepark.
  • U volgt ontwerpen ook op de werkvloer, zodat wat op CAD wordt uitgewerkt daadwerkelijk praktisch uitvoerbaar is.

Wie Ben Je

  • U beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting zoals Elektromechanica, Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • U heeft ervaring met 3D CAD en technisch tekenen binnen machinebouw, productie of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.
  • U beschikt over een sterk mechanisch en ruimtelijk inzicht en begrijpt hoe verschillende machines en installaties technisch met elkaar verbonden worden.
  • Ervaring met transportsystemen, machineframes, plaatwerk, layouts, piping of industriële installaties vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • U haalt energie uit technisch tekenwerk en zoekt bewust een functie waarin u nog dagelijks zelf ontwerpt en tekent.
  • U bent nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en vindt het interessant om uw ontwerpen regelmatig op de werkvloer te controleren.
  • U communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
