Locatie: Zierikzee. De organisatie ontwerpt en bouwt al meer dan honderd jaar systemen en machines voor de voedingsindustrie. Ze besteden veel aandacht aan de kwaliteit van de systemen en machines. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van verschillende hoog geautomatiseerde apparatuur en productielijnen. Niet alleen aan de machines wordt veel aandacht en tijd besteed, ook de werknemers staan binnen de organisatie centraal. De organisatie ziet de werknemer als de kern van zijn organisatie. Door samen kennis en kunde te delen lopen zij vóór op de concurrentie. De Mechanical Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het mechanische ontwerp van de machines en productielijnen. Het probleem van de klant wordt technisch gespecificeerd en jij bedenkt een passende oplossing met gebruik van jouw creativiteit. Dit alles gebeurt vanuit de hoofdlocatie in de regio Zierikzee. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de engineering en het uitwerken van klant specifieke machines t.b.v. geavanceerde productielijnen; Je overlegt met de opdrachtgevers en productieafdelingen over bijvoorbeeld de projectplanning en klant specifieke wensen en haalbaarheid; Je loopt regelmatig bij de assemblage binnen om te kijken hoe het er nu écht uit ziet; Je overlegt je met je collega's over mogelijke wijzigingen; Je woont als Mechanical Engineer één keer per week een projectoverleg bij om de huidige stand van zaken door te nemen met je collega's; Vereistenje hebt een afgeronde HBO-/WO-opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of je zit op een vergelijkbaar niveau door relevante werkervaringje hebt aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Mechanical Engineerje hebt ervaring in het ontwerpen en tekenen van machinesje hebt ervaring met 3D-pakketten zoals Siemens NX of MatlabEen vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlan.
