Deze organisatie is actief binnen de machinebouw en ontwikkelt en produceert automatisch geleide voertuigen (AGV's) en bijbehorende mechanische systemen. Het bedrijf levert engineering, ontwerp en ondersteuning voor projecten waarbij mechanische voertuigarchitecturen, voertuiginterne subsystemen en integratie met andere disciplines centraal staan. De organisatie werkt met multidisciplinaire teams en levert oplossingen voor projectmatige ontwikkeling, integratie en testactiviteiten in een productieomgeving. De werkzaamheden variëren van conceptontwikkeling en detailontwerp tot ondersteuning bij assemblage, testen en inbedrijfstelling op locatie. In Utrecht is er nauwe samenwerking met disciplines zoals elektrotechniek, software en productie om voertuigen technisch klaar te maken voor gebruik en serieproductie. De rol vraagt betrokkenheid bij het opstellen en bewaken van ontwerpnormen en configuratiemanagement en het aansturen van junior engineers tijdens projecten. Projectmatige inzet, afstemming met toeleveranciers en technisch advies richting interne teams maken onderdeel uit van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Kandidaten kunnen in sommige gevallen reizen naar productielocaties en klantlocaties binnen en buiten de regio.
