Medewerkers werken vanuit een praktijkgerichte omgeving nabij Dronten en voeren werkzaamheden uit variërend van conceptontwerp tot detailuitwerking van onderdelen en samensteltekeningen. De organisatie geeft prioriteit aan technische kwaliteit, duidelijke documentatie en nauwe samenwerking tussen ontwerp, productie en inkoop. Voor de Constructeur Mechanisch betekent dit dat er veel ruimte is om technische oplossingen te engineeren, tekeningen te maken en ontwerprichtlijnen te vertalen naar productieklare documentatie. De werkomgeving is gericht op efficiency en continue verbetering waarbij technische kennis en praktische uitvoerbaarheid samenkomen. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit het modelleren in 3 D, opstellen van stuklijsten en het afstemmen van ontwerpen met collega’s en leveranciers. De organisatie hecht waarde aan goede onboarding en begeleiding zodat nieuwe collega’s snel productief zijn. Dronten vormt de centrale locatie voor de werkzaamheden en voor overlegmomenten met het projectteam.
