Dit bedrijf is een technische dienstverlener gespecialiseerd in de reparatie en revisie van tandwielkasten en aandrijfsystemen. De organisatie werkt vanuit een productieomgeving in Oud-Beijerland en levert technische oplossingen aan grote internationale klanten. De werkzaamheden zijn praktijkgericht met een sterke koppeling tussen tekenkamer en productie waardoor tekenwerk snel werkelijkheid wordt. De werkvloer en de fabriekshal vormen het hart van de operatie en er wordt veel samengewerkt met productiecollega's om technische voorstellen en reparatieprocedures uit te voeren. Er is veel variatie in projecten en onderdelen, waardoor je als engineer steeds met andere vraagstukken en componenten bezig bent. Je werkt intensief samen met vier andere engineers binnen het team en adviseert zowel intern als rechtstreeks aan klanten en externe keuringsinstanties. De cultuur is informeel en resultaatgericht met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbeteringen en er is aandacht voor snelle besluitvorming en korte lijnen.
