Dit bedrijf is actief in de machinebouw en ontwikkelt en bouwt machines voor de keramische industrie en voor toepassingen in de landbouwmechanisatie. De organisatie combineert traditioneel vakmanschap met technische innovatie en levert maatwerkoplossingen voor klanten wereldwijd. In de vestiging in Wijchen werken engineering en productie nauw samen om projecten van ontwerp tot realisatie te brengen. De werkzaamheden variëren van het ontwerpen van nieuwe machineonderdelen en het optimaliseren van bestaande constructies tot het begeleiden van technische projecten en het opstellen van onderdelenlijsten en handleidingen. Medewerkers binnen engineering gebruiken 3 D-CAD en PDM/ERP-systemen om ontwerpen vast te leggen en te beheren en stemmen regelmatig af met leveranciers en de productieafdeling om een naadloze overdracht te realiseren. Het team waardeert nauwkeurigheid, een gestructureerde aanpak en het vermogen om overzicht te houden tijdens complexe projecten. De cultuur is nuchter en gericht op kwaliteit en continu verbeteren.

- Je ontwerpt en construeert machineonderdelen in 3 D-CAD als Constructeur Werktuigbouw

- Als Constructeur Werktuigbouw coördineer je projecten binnen de engineeringafdeling

- Je voert zelfstandig constructieberekeningen uit en maakt materiaalkeuzes

- Je optimaliseert bestaande ontwerpen en draagt technische verbeteringen aan

- Je maakt lay-outs op basis van metingen en locatiebezoeken en levert input voor handleidingen en onderdelenlijsten

Functie-eisen: - HBO-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig

- Relevante werkervaring in de machinebouw of landbouwmechanisatie

- Ervaring met 3 D-CAD zoals Solid Works
