In deze rol als Senior Mechanical Engineer machinebouw werk je vanuit de omgeving Hoofddorp aan hightech machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet in de agricultuur, van geavanceerde besturing tot geïntegreerde camerasystemen. Van eerste klantvraag tot werkende machine, jij bent betrokken bij het hele proces. Je ontwerpt niet alleen, je ziet jouw oplossingen ook daadwerkelijk tot leven komen. Dat maakt deze functie technisch uitdagend én extra leuk. Wat ga je doen? Als Mechanical Engineer werk je in een multidisciplinair team van gedreven engineers. Daarnaast ben je machine-eigenaar, en verantwoordelijk voor een aantal machines. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Ontwerpen en modelleren in Solid Edge; - Opstellen van stuklijsten, werktekeningen en technische documentatie in Pro.File en Ridder IQ; - Projecten van begin tot eind begeleiden; - Doorontwikkelen van bestaande machines en werken aan nieuwe innovaties; - Testen en analyseren van prototypes samen met R&D en assemblage; - Begeleiden van junior engineers en stagiairs; - Meedenken over procesverbetering, standaardisatie en innovatie. De Mechanical Engineer die wij zoeken Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Mechanical Engineer die technisch sterk, praktisch en communicatief vaardig is. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent in staat het grote plaatje te zien. Verder heb je: - Een HBO- of WO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica - Ervaring met 3D CAD-software (Solid Edge is een pré); - Affiniteit met machinebouw en automatisering; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
