De werkzaamheden richten zich op ontwerp, engineering en productie van technische systemen voor de tuinbouwmarkt. In s-Gravenzande wordt intensief samengewerkt met externe partijen zoals kassenbouwers, systeemleveranciers, architecten en technische adviesbureaus om oplossingen te realiseren en kennis te delen. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door projectmatig werken, productontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bestaande systemen.
