Deze organisatie ontwerpt en levert baggerpompen en aanverwante baggerapparatuur voor klanten wereldwijd vanuit een compacte engineeringomgeving. De organisatie werkt aan klantgerichte oplossingen voor baggerwerkzaamheden en voert zowel ontwerpwerk als constructievoorbereiding uit in Almere. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden concentreren zich rond het ontwikkelen van mechanische onderdelen en complexe samenstellingen met aandacht voor giet- en verspaningstechnieken en mechanische integriteit. In Almere werkt het team nauw samen om 3 D-modellen en productietekeningen te maken en handberekeningen uit te voeren ter validatie van ontwerpen. Deze organisatie opereert in een productiegerichte engineeringomgeving waar expertise in Solid Works en PDM-systemen praktisch wordt toegepast en waar kennis van baggerprocessen een sterke pre is. De werkomgeving is klein en specialistisch waardoor elke bijdrage zichtbaar is en invloed heeft op internationale projecten.
