Deze organisatie is gevestigd in De Kwakel en opereert in de theater- en showautomatisering. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en realiseert mechanische oplossingen voor geautomatiseerde decor- en showelementen. In De Kwakel werkt men aan projecten waarbij mechanische ontwerpen vertaald worden naar werkende systemen die beweging en effecten mogelijk maken. De organisatie richt zich op het uitwerken van concepten zoals aangedreven tracks, draaischijven, lieren en liften en brengt modellen tot leven in een werkplaatsomgeving. De werkomgeving is kleinschalig en praktijkgericht en er is veel onderlinge samenwerking tussen ontwerp, engineering en werkplaats. In De Kwakel krijgen medewerkers de kans om aan internationale projecten mee te werken en technische uitdagingen op te lossen binnen multidisciplinaire samenwerkingen. De organisatie investeert in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en biedt ruimte voor training en het opbouwen van ervaring op zowel het vakinhoudelijke als het praktische vlak. De projecten vragen om nauwkeurigheid, creatief technisch inzicht en ervaring met CAD-software en simulatieprogramma's. De rol is geschikt voor kandidaten met een achtergrond in Werktuigbouwkunde die graag in een dynamische, technische productieomgeving werken.

- Je ontwerpt mechanische constructies en submodules als Constructeur Werktuigbouw voor decorbewegingen en shows

- Je modeleert en simuleert mechanische systemen in Solid Works en Solid Works Simulation

- Je werkt de detaillering uit en maakt werktekeningen en stuklijsten

- Je ondersteunt de werkplaats bij de assemblage en inbedrijfstelling van mechanische systemen

- Je voert ontwerpvalidaties en eenvoudige sterkteberekeningen uit en test prototypes
