Je werkt aan diverse projecten tegelijk en combineert jouw technische expertise met leiderschap. Jij houdt het overzicht, bepaalt de prioriteiten en zorgt dat jij én je team binnen de gestelde richtlijnen en deadlines leveren. In deze functie word je klaargestoomd voor een volwaardige Lead-rol, waarbij je van begin af aan al verantwoordelijk bent voor de aansturing van je eigen team, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennisniveau. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Initiëren en coördineren van engineeringsprocessen van A tot Z; - Opstellen en bewaken van tijdspad, budget, voortgang en randvoorwaarden; - Leiden van technische reviews en bepalen van vervolgstappen; - Beoordelen van (deel)resultaten op inhoud en specificaties; - Beheren en verbeteren van machine-standaarden; - Doorvoeren van technische en procesmatige verbetervoorstellen; - Incidenteel klantbezoek, zowel nationaal als internationaal; - Werken onder begeleiding van de Manager Engineering en Algemeen Directeur.
