We werken intensief met elkaar samen, houden niet van lange lijnen en slap gelul. Actie ondernemen, dat is ons uitgangspunt. Taakomschrijving In deze functie houd je je bezig met het calculeren, ontwerpen en uitwerken van klant specifieke grondboormachines en gerelateerde producten. Je bent allround, wat betekent dat je ook andere zaken op de afdeling engineering oppakt. Je signaleert waar eventuele valkuilen liggen en komt met oplossingen. Het begeleiden van afstudeerders, het opzetten van structurele verbeteringen, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten; het hoort er allemaal bij. Je hebt regelmatig overleg met de Sales Engineer, Purchase Manager en collega's uit de werkplaats. WAT VRAGEN WIJ: - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde; - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met SolidWorks; - Ervaring met het ERP-pakket Ridder is een pré; - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en machinebouw; - Je beschikt over sterk analytisch inzicht en een toekomstgerichte blik; - Je bent assertief en communicatief vaardig; - Je bent enthousiast, doortastend en energiek.
