Dagelijks onderhoud je nauw contact met klanten, leveranciers, fabrikanten en interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten van het project succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan junior mechanical engineers binnen de organisatie, waarbij je hun werkzaamheden coördineert en aanstuurt. Je fungeert als een mentor en zorgt voor een goede begeleiding van het team. Met jouw expertise en ervaring draag je bij aan het ontwerp en de realisatie van innovatieve technische oplossingen. Je zorgt voor een effectieve communicatie en samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen om tot de beste resultaten te komen. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde. - Actuele kennis van algemene machinebouw, waardoor je op de hoogte bent van de laatste ontwikkelingen en trends. - Een intrinsieke passie en affiniteit met machinebouw en techniek, die diep geworteld zit in jouw persoonlijkheid. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied, waarbij je uitgebreide kennis en ervaring hebt opgedaan met 3D CAD-software. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels, waardoor je gemakkelijk kunt communiceren met klanten en collega's. - Een goed ontwikkeld vermogen om snel en creatief mechanische vraagstukken op te lossen, waarbij je altijd rekening houdt met de functionaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en kostenaspecten. - Gedegen kennis van begrotings- en planningstechnieken, kostenbewaking en op de hoogte zijn van geldende normen en voorschriften in het vakgebied.
