Deze organisatie richt zich op kunststof rotatiegieten en ontwikkelt complete producten voor OEM-klanten in onder andere de agrarische sector, automotive en vrijetijdsindustrie. Denk aan tanks, behuizingen en technische componenten. Wat het uniek maakt? Alles gebeurt in eigen huis. Van engineering en matrijzenbouw tot productie en assemblage. En ja, ook een groot deel van de machines wordt zelf ontwikkeld en gebouwd. Dat betekent dat jij als Mechanical Engineer werkt op het snijvlak van productontwikkeling en interne machinebouw. Met zo'n 150 collega's werk je in een technische omgeving waar ideeën snel werkelijkheid worden. Korte lijnen, veel samenwerking en vooral: veel invloed. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Mechanical Engineer werk je aan producten die er écht toe doen. Geen theoretische modellen, maar ontwerpen die direct de fabriek in gaan. Je bent betrokken van idee tot realisatie. Je denkt mee met klanten, vertaalt wensen naar maakbare ontwerpen en ontwikkelt matrijzen die in-house gebouwd worden. Concreet ga je als Mechanical Engineer: - Klantproducten uitontwikkelen naar maakbare ontwerpen - Matrijzen ontwerpen voor de eigen matrijzenbouw - Slimme oplossingen bedenken voor hulpmiddelen en productieprocessen - Meedenken over steunmallen en nabewerking - Nauw samenwerken met engineering, productie en werkvloer - Regelmatig de fabriek in om je ontwerpen in de praktijk te zien En dat is precies wat deze rol anders maakt.
