Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de metaalsector en verzorgt het volledige traject van engineering tot productie en montage. In Noordwijkerhout werken technische teams nauw samen om klantgerichte constructies te ontwerpen en intern te fabriceren. De interne productiefaciliteit maakt het mogelijk om ontwerpen direct te toetsen op maakbaarheid en montagevriendelijkheid wat zorgt voor korte feedbackloops en snelle doorontwikkeling. Het engineeringteam werkt dagelijks met ±10 collega’s en onderhoudt directe afstemming met de verkoopafdeling en internationale dochterondernemingen voor technische specificaties en implementatie. Door deze integrale aanpak richt de organisatie zich op het leveren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor zakelijke klanten binnen de metaalsector. De rol van de Mechanisch Constructeur is daarin essentieel omdat ontwerpkeuzes direct doorwerken in productie en montage. Het team werkt projectmatig aan verbeterinitiatieven waarmee het bedrijf zijn productaanbod en werkprocessen continue optimaliseert en kennis opbouwt binnen de organisatie.

- Je vertaalt klantwensen naar maakbare constructies en maakt 3 D-modellen en productietekeningen als Mechanisch Constructeur

- Je begeleidt het ontwerptraject van concept tot productie en stemt af met de interne productie en montage

- Je werkt samen met ±10 collega’s in het engineeringteam en met de Sales-afdeling om klantgerichte oplossingen te realiseren

- Je levert technisch advies binnen verbeterprojecten en draagt als Mechanisch Constructeur bij aan procesoptimalisatie

- Je communiceert en reist soms naar wereldwijde dochterondernemingen voor afstemming
