Locatie Wateringen Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Wateringen. Deze organisatie is een technisch georiënteerd productiebedrijf dat zich richt op het ontwerpen en engineeren van systemen en apparaten voor de procesindustrie. Het team in Wateringen werkt primair aan mechanische ontwerpen, berekeningen en de verdere uitwerking van constructies volgens geldende ontwerpcodes en specificaties. De organisatie levert ontwerpdocumentatie, technische tekeningen en ondersteuning aan werkvoorbereiding en fabrication zodat projecten conform contractvoorwaarde verlopen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wordt veel gewerkt met 3 D-modellering en PDM-systemen en vinden berekeningen en optimalisaties plaats met behulp van FEM-software. De organisatie onderhoudt relaties met vaste leveranciers en is technisch aanspreekpunt richting deze partners tijdens het ontwerp- en fabricageproces. Daarnaast voert de organisatie interne en externe testactiviteiten uit en ondersteunt bij prototyping en fabricagesupport. Het team in Wateringen bestaat uit engineers die projecten vanuit een technische projectorganisatie uitvoeren en nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiding en productie.
