Als Mechanical Engineer werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de regio Noord-Nederland. Je houdt je bezig met het ontwerpen van machines, het optimaliseren van bestaande ontwerpen en het verhogen van productiecapaciteit. Je werkzaamheden vinden plaats op kantoor of bij de opdrachtgever. Je krijgt de kans om aan verschillende opdrachten te werken die aansluiten bij jouw vaardigheden en ambities, zonder dat je van werkgever hoeft te wisselen. Je maakt ontwerpen, voert berekeningen uit en werkt met 3D CAD-software. Daarnaast los je mechanische vraagstukken op waarbij je rekening houdt met functionaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid. Je overlegt regelmatig met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers om tot passende oplossingen te komen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Ervaring met of bereidheid om te leren werken met 3D CAD-software voor ontwerpen en berekeningen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Autotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting Functieoverzicht .
