Deze organisatie ontwikkelt, levert en onderhoudt online meetapparatuur die wordt toegepast binnen de procesindustrie en in de winning van aardolie en aardgas. Het bedrijf richt zich op oplossingen voor optimalisatie van processen, het in kaart brengen en reduceren van emissies en de toepassing van biogas of waterstof als vervanging van aardgas. De organisatie heeft een internationale oriëntatie en werkt samen met klanten en partners in verschillende markten; het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Nederland en er zijn activiteiten in de VS en Hongarije. In Purmerend worden mechanische ontwerpen en prototypebouw uitgevoerd en is er aandacht voor zowel ontwerp als productiebegeleiding. Het team werkt met PDM-systemen en voert simulaties en tolerantieberekeningen uit om betrouwbaarheid en produceerbaarheid te waarborgen. De organisatie stimuleert kennisdeling en biedt ruimte voor het verdiepen van technische expertise op het gebied van mechanische belasting, warmtebeheer en hydrodynamica. - Inventariseren van wensen en eisen voor mechanische ontwerpen van analyzers of onderdelen als 3 D Constructeur

- Je creëert zelfstandig mechanische ontwerpen en presenteert deze aan het team als 3 D Constructeur

- Opleveren van technische tekeningen en productiebestanden

- Opzetten en begeleiden van de productie van prototypes

- Werken met een PDM-systeem en zorgdragen voor beheer van productdata

- Uitvoeren en rapporteren van simulaties op warmtebeheer, mechanische belasting en hydrodynamica
