Deze organisatie is een ingenieursbureau dat zich richt op het ontwikkelen en ontwerpen van nieuwe producten en systemen. De organisatie werkt vanaf het eerste concept tot en met de testfase en onderhoudt nauwe samenwerking met interne productieafdelingen en externe stakeholders. In Oosterhout werkt het team aan projecten waarin veel aandacht is voor het uitwerken van ideeën, het realiseren van prototypes en het toetsen van nieuwe ontwerpen in een praktische omgeving. De organisatie is betrokken bij klantbezoeken en presentaties waarbij technische toelichting en demonstraties deel uitmaken van de werkzaamheden. De werkomgeving vraagt om een praktische houding, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit omdat veel projecten bestaan uit producten die nog niet eerder geproduceerd zijn. Kandidaten werken in projectteams met korte lijnen naar productie en testfaciliteiten en nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitwerken van ontwerpdocumentatie en het begeleiden van tests. Er is ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen engineeringrollen en om ervaring op te doen met het gehele proces van concept tot uitlevering in regio Oosterhout.
