The posting

Als Mechanical Engineer in Soest werk je binnen een internationale, technisch gedreven omgeving waar werktuigbouw en hydraulische systemen centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om zelfstandig en samen met een compact team uitdagende productontwikkelingen en verbeterprojecten op te pakken. Je hoofdtaak is het uitwerken van 3D-productietekeningen en detailtekeningen voor de productie, waarbij Design for Manufacturing en hydraulische cilinderbouw regelmatig terugkomen. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega’s op de werkvloer door tekeningen in machines en robots te zetten en beheer je wijzigingsbeheer en projectadministratie in Exact Globe. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met sales en productie en gaat soms mee naar klanten om technische oplossingen te bespreken. Deze functie past goed bij iemand met een achtergrond in werktuigbouw of mechatronica, uitstekende vaardigheid in SolidWorks en AutoCAD 2D en een praktische, no-nonsense instelling. Het betreft een detavast-positie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week binnen een informeel bedrijf met een platte structuur en een gedegen inwerktraject. Functie-inhoud - Opstellen en uitwerken van 3D-productietekeningen en detailtekeningen voor de productieafdeling met oog voor DFM-principes. - Ondersteunen van productontwerp- en engineeringprojecten, specifiek gericht op hydraulische cilinderbouw en machineonderdelen. - Beheren van tekeningwijzigingen, documentatie en projectadministratie inclusief invoer van tekengegevens in Exact Globe. - Assisteren van productiecollega’s bij het invoeren van tekeningen in machines en robots en bij praktische implementatie. - Op verzoek van klanten calculaties maken en offertes uitwerken op basis van technische specificaties en tekeninginformatie. - Meegaan met sales naar klanten voor technische toelichting en het vertalen van klantwensen naar technisch uitvoerbare oplossingen.
