Ben jij een ervaren Mechanical Engineer die graag werkt aan technisch maatwerk en uitdagende constructies? In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de apparatenbouw en vertaal je technische vraagstukken naar betrouwbare, maakbare en efficiënte ontwerpen. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste concept tot aan de detailengineering en ziet jouw ontwerpen uiteindelijk terug in de werkplaats. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met engineering, werkvoorbereiding en productie en krijg je volop ruimte om technische verbeteringen aan te dragen. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Als Mechanical Engineer werk je aan verschillende technische projecten binnen de apparatenbouw. Je vertaalt concepten en klantvragen naar praktische en maakbare ontwerpen en bent betrokken bij meerdere fases van het engineeringproces. Je houdt daarbij rekening met technische kwaliteit, veiligheid, kosten, doorlooptijd en de praktische uitvoerbaarheid in de werkplaats. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van machines en constructies in 3D ; - Maken van technische tekeningen en productieklare ontwerpen; - Uitwerken van constructies van concept tot detailengineering ; - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van technische berekeningen; - Detailengineering van machineonderdelen en constructies; - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van FEM-analyses ; - Werken aan één of meerdere engineeringprojecten tegelijkertijd; - Deelnemen aan projectmeetings en technisch overleg; - Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding en productie; - Optimaliseren van ontwerpen op kwaliteit, kosten, veiligheid en maakbaarheid ; - Signaleren van technische verbeterkansen; - Ondersteunen van productie bij technische vraagstukken.
