Als Mechanical Engineer Procestechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige engineeringtraject van complexe procesinstallaties. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar technische ontwerpen en zorgt ervoor dat elk project voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen en industriële normen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie, inkoop en projectmanagement om tot de beste oplossing te komen voor elke klant. Je gebruikt geavanceerde 3D-ontwerpsoftware om gedetailleerde constructietekeningen te maken, waarbij je rekening houdt met processpecificaties, materiaalkenmerken en productie-efficiëntie. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van eerste klantcontact tot en met de oplevering van de installatie. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je te ontwikkelen richting senior engineer of projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexere projecten en de begeleiding van junior engineers. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwerpen van RVS procesinstallaties en tanks volgens klantwensen en industriële normen; - Maken van gedetailleerde 3D-constructietekeningen en technische specificaties; - Berekenen van sterkte, druk en andere technische parameters; - Adviseren van klanten over technische mogelijkheden en optimalisaties; - Samenwerken met productie om ontwerpen productie-efficiënt te maken; - Begeleiden van projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering; - Bijdragen aan innovatie en procesverbetering binnen de organisatie.
