Slimme sorteermachines ontwerpen die productieprocessen sneller en efficiënter maken? Als Mechanical Engineer Sorteermachines werk je aan innovatieve machines die wereldwijd worden toegepast. Je krijgt de ruimte om technische uitdagingen om te zetten in slimme en betrouwbare oplossingen. Wat ga je doen?Als Mechanical Engineer Sorteermachines werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van geavanceerde sorteermachines voor uiteenlopende industrieën. Je vertaalt klantspecificaties naar innovatieve machineconcepten en werkt deze uit in een 3D CAD-programma. Daarbij houd je rekening met functionaliteit, maakbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoud. Je maakt technische tekeningen, stelt stuklijsten op en voert constructieve berekeningen uit om tot een optimaal ontwerp te komen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van engineering, productie en assemblage om ontwerpen verder te optimaliseren. Daarnaast ondersteun je tijdens de testfase en los je technische vraagstukken op die tijdens de bouw of inbedrijfstelling ontstaan. Je beoordeelt wijzigingsverzoeken en verwerkt verbeteringen in bestaande ontwerpen. Met jouw kennis van machinebouw en productietechnieken lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan innovatieve sorteermachines die voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen en jarenlang betrouwbaar presteren. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ontwerpen en construeren van sorteermachines en machineonderdelen in een 3D CAD-programma; - Uitwerken van technische tekeningen, stuklijsten en productiedocumentatie; - Vertalen van klantwensen naar innovatieve en maakbare machineontwerpen; - Uitvoeren van technische berekeningen en beoordelen van constructies; - Optimaliseren van bestaande sorteermachines op het gebied van prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoud; - Ondersteunen tijdens de bouw, testfase en inbedrijfstelling van machines; - Verwerken van technische wijzigingen en doorvoeren van ontwerpverbeteringen Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding werktuigbouwk.
