Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale industriële omgeving zoeken we een Mechanical / Driveline Engineer die zich thuis voelt in de wereld van transmissies en aandrijflijnen. Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van mechanische componenten en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen engineering, productie, quality en leveranciers.

Heb je ervaring met driveline systemen of transmissies en krijg je energie van technische vraagstukken waarvoor niet altijd meteen een pasklare oplossing bestaat? Dan is dit een interessante uitdaging.

Jouw rol

Je maakt deel uit van een technisch expertteam binnen de productlijn Driveline. Je analyseert technische vragen en problemen vanuit productie en leveranciers en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan het ontwerp alleen: maakbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en de impact op productie spelen allemaal een rol.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van technische vragen, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten.
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van driveline- en transmissiecomponenten.
  • Uitwerken en beoordelen van technische oplossingen en ontwerpen.
  • Ondersteunen van productie bij technische problemen tijdens assemblage.
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers en Supplier Quality bij technische en kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Meewerken aan problem-solving trajecten en Design Reviews.
  • Bepalen en opvolgen van geschikte test- en validatiemethodes.
  • Technisch opvolgen van wijzigingen en drawing releases.
  • Werken volgens relevante technische standaarden en procedures.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor of Master in Mechanical Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met transmissies, driveline componenten en/of aandrijflijnen.
  • Ervaring binnen landbouwmachines, tractoren of een gelijkaardige industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van transmissiecomponenten en manufacturingprocessen.
  • Ervaring met DFMEA, Design Reviews, Problem Solving en driveline development & testing.
  • Sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Je begrijpt niet alleen hoe iets ontworpen wordt, maar denkt ook graag mee over hoe het in productie werkt.
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands & Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot in een internationale, multidisciplinaire omgeving.
  • Bereidheid om occasioneel internationaal te reizen.
