The posting

Voor een industriële productiesite zijn we op zoek naar een Freelance Supervisor Mechanical Constructions & Industrial Cleaning. In deze rol combineer je technische supervisie van mechanische werkzaamheden met de coördinatie en opvolging van industriële reinigingsactiviteiten.

Je komt terecht in een complexe productieomgeving waar veiligheid, hygiëne, kwaliteit en continuïteit centraal staan. Je bent de schakel tussen interne afdelingen, externe contractors en het management, en zorgt ervoor dat zowel mechanische werken als cleaning activiteiten correct, veilig en volgens de geldende normen worden uitgevoerd.

Deze functie is ideaal voor een hands-on professional met ervaring in een industriële omgeving, die sterk is in coördinatie, communicatie en technische opvolging.

Functieomschrijving

  • Organiseren en leiden van de wekelijkse evaluatiemeetings met de betrokken contractors
  • Toezicht houden op externe firma’s die instaan voor industriële reinigingswerken, voornamelijk het reinigen van tanks en aanverwante installaties
  • Coördineren van cleaning activiteiten in overleg met interne afdelingen zoals productie, facilities, QA en maintenance
  • Organiseren van de eindinspectie van de uitgevoerde reinigingswerken in samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling
  • Waken over de naleving van de interne hygiënevoorschriften en GMP
  • Toezien op de strikte toepassing van de interne veiligheidsregels en de zero incident/accident policy
  • Controleren op correcte toepassing van procedures zoals: werken op hoogte werken in besloten ruimtes LOTO werkvergunningen
  • Opvolgen van de contractor die verantwoordelijk is voor mechanische werken, waaronder: mechanische constructies piping laswerken technische aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van een klein mechanisch team van ongeveer 2 techniekers/mechanics
  • Communiceren met zowel management als operatoren op de werkvloer
  • Mee ondersteunen in kleine technische projecten en verbetertrajecten
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen een engineeringafdeling
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als supervisor van mechanische werken zoals welding, piping en constructiewerken
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als supervisor van een cleaning team, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Je bent bereid om flexibele uren te werken wanneer de situatie dit vraagt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de machineveiligheidswetgeving
