Voor een snelgroeiende hightech organisatie zoeken we een ervaren Support Engineer die klanten wereldwijd ondersteunt met geavanceerde motion control- en control loading-systemen. Deze technologie wordt toegepast binnen onder andere voertuigsimulatie, entertainment en R&D-omgevingen. In deze rol ben jij de technische schakel tussen internationale klanten en de engineeringteams en krijg je veel ruimte om problemen zelfstandig op te lossen en verbeteringen aan te dragen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Technical Support Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat klanten wereldwijd optimaal kunnen blijven werken met complexe motion control-systemen. - Je bent het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen bij diagnose en troubleshooting, zowel remote als op locatie. - Je analyseert en verhelpt mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen, waar nodig tot op componentniveau. - Je werkt nauw samen met Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering en Production om complexe systeemproblemen structureel op te lossen. - Je ondersteunt klanten bij installatie, commissioning en operationele vraagstukken en draait mee in de 24/7 supporttelefoondienst. - Je stelt technische voorstellen op voor spare parts, servicewerkzaamheden en trainingen, coördineert vervangende onderdelen en documenteert oplossingen om herhaling van problemen te voorkomen.
