Jobomschrijving

U neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over al het equipment nodig voor de verschillende types terminal operaties op onze staal-hout-container en bulkterminals (rollend materieel, zoals, Bulldozers, Vorkliften, Reach Stackers,…) en verzekert samen met het technische team een goed preventief en correctief onderhoud. Daarnaast bent u ervoor verantwoordelijk om te zorgen dat het juiste equipment op het geplande tijdstip beschikbaar is op de juiste locatie voor Operaties.

  • Dringende interventies
  • Gepland onderhoud (correctief, preventief, predictief)
  • Zoals iedereen in het bedrijf ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van jezelf en van jouw collega’s
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bij elke handeling op onze terminals veiligheid van alle medewerkers primeert in de te nemen beslissingen
  • Aandacht voor een vlotte, vriendelijke en open interne en externe communicatie, zowel mondeling als geschreven
  • Aandacht voor zorgvuldig werk en begrijpen van jouw rol in het geheel

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Achtergrond/ opleiding mechanica
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een plus
  • Beschikken over een rijbewijs, bij voorkeur ook Forklift
  • Beschikken over bewijs goed gedrag en zeden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: praktisch ingesteld en probleemoplossend denken
  • Communicatief: communicatie havenarbeid, collega’s, klanten
