Als Mechanieker 2 ploegen wil je toch geen job waarin elke dag hetzelfde onderdeel op dezelfde machine staat?

Dan zit je hier goed.

In Zolder werk je als Mechanieker 2 ploegen aan een productieomgeving waar beton wordt verwerkt tot klinkers, terrastegels en andere producten voor buitenruimtes.

Je krijgt veel variatie. De ene dag los je een mechanische storing op. De volgende dag werk je aan een pneumatisch of hydraulisch probleem in het atelier.

En het beste? Je leert hier niet één machine kennen. Je leert een volledige productieomgeving begrijpen.

Je werkt voltijds in 2 ploegen, zonder structureel weekendwerk.

Functie-inhoud Als Mechanieker 2 ploegen zorg je ervoor dat de machines en installaties blijven draaien.

  • Je werkt zowel in de productie als in het technisch atelier.
  • Je analyseert mechanische storingen en grijpt in zodra een productielijn stilvalt.
  • Je werkt aan mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen.
  • Je demonteert machineonderdelen, herstelt ze en zorgt dat alles opnieuw correct draait.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en helpt toekomstige storingen voorkomen.
  • Je werkt technische opdrachten af in het atelier en op de productievloer.

Je krijgt dus geen vast rondje dat je elke dag opnieuw afwerkt.

Storingen bepalen mee je dag. Daarnaast komen er technische opdrachten binnen via bestelbonnen en QR-codes.

Je werkt in een echte productieomgeving. Beton, stof, olie, metaal en lawaai horen erbij.

Je handen vuilmaken? Dat hoort gewoon bij het vak.

Je bent een Mechanieker 2 ploegen die graag weet hoe iets technisch in elkaar zit.

Je sleutelt graag. Je zoekt uit waar een probleem vandaan komt en stopt niet bij de eerste snelle oplossing. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook wanneer je een collega inschakelt.

Je hoeft niet elk technisch vraagstuk al te kennen. Wel verwachten we dat je technisch kunt redeneren en nieuwe zaken snel oppikt.

Must-haves

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring met een sterke basis in mechanica.
  • Je kent pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Je kunt technische storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring als mecanicien of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Ervaring met industriële machines.
  • Ervaring in productie, betonproductie of zware industrie.
  • Kennis van lassen of andere metaalbewerkingen.

Een bacheloropleiding is niet noodzakelijk. Bachelor-denkniveau is wel belangrijk. Je moet technische problemen kunnen begrijpen, verbanden leggen en zelfstandig naar een oplossing zoeken.
