Onze klant is een sterke internationale speler binnen de textielsector met een stevige verankering in regio Ardooie. De organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige textieloplossingen voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten en telt wereldwijd ongeveer 1.000 medewerkers.

Op de productiesite wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan een performant en betrouwbaar productieproces. Kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering staan er centraal. Dankzij een uitgebreid en technisch interessant machinepark kom je als mechanieker terecht in een omgeving waarin je jouw technische kennis volop kan inzetten en voortdurend nieuwe uitdagingen tegenkomt.

Tegelijk blijft de menselijke kant belangrijk. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren techniekers en operatoren en komt terecht in een team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en kennis met elkaar delen. De combinatie van de slagkracht van een internationale groep en de aangename sfeer op de werkvloer zorgt voor een stabiele omgeving waarin je je op lange termijn kan ontwikkelen.

Als Mechanieker zorg je ervoor dat de productiemachines betrouwbaar en optimaal blijven functioneren. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het voorkomen van stilstanden en komt in actie wanneer zich toch een technisch probleem voordoet.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan mechanische en technische machines om storingen en productiestilstanden te voorkomen
  • Technische storingen analyseren en de nodige herstellingen uitvoeren
  • Productiemachines correct afregelen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Mechanische problemen opsporen en zorgen voor een duurzame oplossing
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan het machinepark
  • Installaties controleren en mogelijke slijtage of afwijkingen tijdig signaleren
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies correct registreren en rapporteren
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega-techniekers en operatoren
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een opleiding Mechanica of Elektromechanica gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en werkt graag praktisch en nauwkeurig
  • Precisiewerk ligt jou en je hebt oog voor een correcte afwerking
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
