Je zoekt een job waarin je met je handen kunt werken, je technische ervaring kunt gebruiken en vooral deel uitmaakt van een goed team. In dit atelier werk je niet aan bandwerk, maar aan machines die stuk voor stuk opgebouwd en afgewerkt worden. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket, werkt samen met ervaren collega's en kunt rekenen op een stabiele werkomgeving waar vakkennis gewaardeerd wordt. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je praktische ingesteldheid en goesting om mee te werken maken het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt mee aan de opbouw en afwerking van landbouw- en machines en je voert laswerken uit met halfautomaat/MIG-MAG
  • Je monteert mechanische onderdelen en zorgt dat alles correct samenkomt en je sluit elektrische componenten en bekabeling aan
  • Je helpt bij herstellingen en onderhoud van bestaande machines

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig technisch atelier waar machines volledig in eigen huis worden gebouwd. Mechanica, elektriciteit, lassen en schilderwerken gebeuren allemaal onder één dak. Je werkt samen met een vaste groep collega's en ziet letterlijk het resultaat van je werk ontstaan. De machines worden gebruikt door klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Toch blijft de sfeer op de werkvloer praktisch en persoonlijk: collega's kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar vooruit en spreken elkaar rechtstreeks aan.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in mechanica, elektriciteit of metaal en je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met lassen of montage
  • Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen: een goede technische basis en de bereidheid om bij te leren zijn belangrijker dan een perfect cv
  • Heb je vroeger veel gesleuteld aan auto's, brommers, landbouwmachines of andere toestellen? Dan is dat zeker een troef
