The posting

Als Mechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mechanisch onderhoud en de herstellingen van productiemachines en rollend materieel.

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan het volledige machinepark om storingen te voorkomen en de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij diverse projecten en bied je ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van werkzaamheden, van installatie tot optimalisatie. Je analyseert technische problemen en implementeert tijdige en efficiënte oplossingen om stilstand te minimaliseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van productie en techniek om een soepele procesvoering te verzekeren.
  • Bovendien draag je actief bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en goed onderhouden productieomgeving. Alle onderhoudsactiviteiten documenteer je zorgvuldig en je rapporteert over de uitgevoerde taken en mogelijke verbeterpunten, zodat processen continu geoptimaliseerd worden.

  • Je beschikt over een relevante technische achtergrond, verkregen via werkervaring of een technisch diploma, met de nodige kennis en vaardigheden om mechanische installaties en machines correct te onderhouden.
  • Je toont sterk doorzettingsvermogen en veerkracht bij technische uitdagingen en problemen en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en draagt actief bij aan het succes en de efficiëntie van het team.
  • Daarnaast ben je leergierig, initiatiefrijk en proactief in het aandragen van verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen je werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegensysteem, inclusief verschillende werktijden. Met je goede communicatieve vaardigheden werk je effectief samen met collega’s en draag je bij aan een positieve en productieve werkomgeving.
