Onze partner is een aannemer voor industriële en petrochemische installaties, gespecialiseerd in tankonderhoud en tankbouw. Ze zijn experts in onder meer vijzelen van tanks, civiele werken, leidingwerken, schilderwerken, E&I, E&A, panelenbouw en engineering. Onze partner is opgericht in 1922 en kent een lange geschiedenis op het terrein van tankterminals en raffinaderijen. Vandaag de dag werken wereldwijd ongeveer 1.000 ervaren mensen voor hen.

Jobomschrijving

Werken als ploegleider onderhoudstechnieker (mechanisch) in regio Antwerpen? Je kan onderstaande taken verwachten:

  • Mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen aan installaties tijdens normale werking en shutdowns
  • Werken aan pompen, leidingwerk, kleppen, flenzen, koppelingen, afdichtingen, filters, etc.
  • (De)montage, uitlijnen en afstellen van mechanische componenten
  • Diagnose stellen van mechanische storingen, slijtage, trillingen
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudsteam, onderaannemers en voorman
  • Naleven van veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Ondersteunen van preventief onderhoud buiten shutdowns indien nodig

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Om te werken als leidinggevende onderhoudstechnieker (mechanisch) in regio Antwerpen voor dit bedrijf, voldoe je aan onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud (industriële context)
  • Je wil werken binnen een petrochemische omgeving
  • Ervaring met pompen is een sterke troef (pompensets, koppelingen, afdichtingen, etc.)
  • Technisch inzicht in mechanica: assen, lagers, tandwielen, koppelingen, afdichtingen, hydrauliek/pneumatiek
  • Kennis van lassen is een voordeel
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B om zelfstandig tot de locatie te geraken
  • VCA-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen (kan via Accent bij tewerkstelling)
  • Flexibel qua overuren en inzet tijdens shutdowns
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en teamgericht
