Basis hydraulica/pneumatica: Je hebt fundamentele kennis van hydraulische en pneumatische systemen.

Zelfstandigheid en probleemoplossing: Je werkt zelfstandig, lost kleine problemen efficiënt op en analyseert complexe problemen voor duurzame oplossingen.

Meetnauwkeurigheid: Je bent bedreven in meettechnieken, inclusief het gebruik van meetklokken en uitlijnapparatuur.

Technisch inzicht: Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en bent in staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.

Rapportagevaardigheden: Je kunt technische rapporten en meetverslagen duidelijk en nauwkeurig opstellen.

Verspanende technieken: Je hebt interesse in en bij voorkeur ervaring met verspanende technieken zoals boren en tappen.

Montage/demontage expertise: Je beheerst de montage en demontage van lagers en koppelingen.

Gereedschapsbeheersing: Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig met gespecialiseerd gereedschap, zoals hydraulische gereedschappen, momentsleutels, poelietrekkers, persen en inductieverwarmers.

Hydraulische/pneumatische componenten: Je hebt interesse in en basiskennis van hydraulische en pneumatische componenten.

Laskundigheid (pluspunt): Ervaring met lassen is een waardevolle aanvulling op je profiel.

Jouw taken:

  • In alle veiligheid mechanisch onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines in de staalfabriek (preventief en correctief).
  • De planning opvolgen die je krijgt van de coördinator.
  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse productie in de waterbehandeling, dit kan gaan van doseerpompen bijstellen tot het spuien van bepaalde systemen:
  • Laden en lossen van bulk aanleveringen.
  • Staalnames van verschillende watercircuits om de kwaliteit te bewaken.
  • De producten of het afval naar de opslag-, verzendings-of recyclage zones, ... vervoeren.
  • Analoge en digitale metingen opvolgen.
  • De werkzone reinigen en opruimen (materieel, producten, ...).
  • De werkpost voorzien van materiaal en producten of de bevoorrading controleren.
  • Samenwerken met een extern team om milieu- en productiedoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Enige ervaring in waterbehandeling is een plus.
