Je voert diagnoses, onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan machines, zowel in het atelier als op verplaatsing.

  • Je voert een eerste diagnose uit
  • Je stelt defecten en slijtage vast en rapporteert je bevindingen aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om de werking van de machine op te volgen.
  • Je controleert alle onderdelen en componenten op de werking en slijtage.
  • Je demonteert, monteert, vervangt en herstelt mechanische en elektrische onderdelen.
  • Je organiseert en plant je werkzaamheden in overleg met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en voert interventies uit in het atelier en op verplaatsing.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie heb je een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

  • Je hebt kennis van gereedschappen, testapparatuur en diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de werking van mechanische en elektrische componenten.
  • Ervaring binnen de automotivesector, de transportsector of de landbouwmechanisatie is een plus.
  • Basiskennis van lassen, draaien en frezen is ook een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een flexibel dagregime.
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief, kan zelfstandig werken en hecht belang aan orde en netheid.
