Ben jij een echte mechanische probleemoplosser en weet je als geen ander hoe je machines en installaties technisch in topconditie houdt? Dan is deze functie als Mechanieker misschien iets voor jou.

Je staat in voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de technische controle van machines en installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft functioneren en grijpt in wanneer er zich een mechanisch probleem voordoet.

Functieomschrijving

Als mechanieker combineer je preventief onderhoud met het oplossen van technische problemen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan verschillende machines en installaties en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en herstellen van mechanische storingen.
  • Monteren, demonteren en correct afstellen van machineonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en inspecties.
  • Controleren van machines en installaties op slijtage en mogelijke defecten.
  • Vervangen en herstellen van mechanische componenten waar nodig.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en manieren om terugkerende storingen te voorkomen.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en betrouwbare werking van het machinepark.
  • Correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en vastgestelde problemen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en andere technische disciplines wanneer een probleem daarom vraagt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur binnen mechanica, of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede en praktische kennis van mechanica.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de werking van machines en technische installaties.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en hebt oog voor een correcte uitvoering van je werk.
  • Je bent een echte probleemoplosser en geeft niet snel op wanneer je met een technisch probleem wordt geconfronteerd.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Ervaring met industriële machines en installaties is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen.
