Voor onze klant in de regio Willebroek, actief binnen industrieel onderhoud, technische montage en mechanische interventies bij productie- en procesomgevingen, zoeken wij een ervaren Mecanicien Industriële Installaties/Onderhoudstechnieker/Mechanisch Technieker. Door de aanhoudende groei en toenemende projectvraag breiden zij hun technisch team verder uit. De organisatie staat bekend om haar praktijkgerichte aanpak, technische expertise en stabiele projecten binnen diverse industriële sectoren.

Ben jij sterk in mechanisch onderhoud, werk je graag in een industriële context en haal je voldoening uit het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen? Dan biedt deze functie een afwisselende en toekomstgerichte uitdaging binnen een solide werkomgeving. Als Mecanicien Industriële Installaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen aan industriële machines en installaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud aan machines en productielijnen
  • Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische storingen en defecten
  • Demonteren, reviseren en monteren van mechanische componenten zoals lagers, pompen, aandrijvingen en transmissies
  • Ondersteunen bij elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische interventies indien nodig
  • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en controleren van materialen en gereedschappen
  • Correct registreren van interventies, gebruikte onderdelen en werkuren
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen installaties
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers binnen industriële projecten

Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica elektrotechnieken of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een technische of industriële functie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische en/of elektrische kennis.
  • Je hebt een goede basis in pneumatica, kennis van hydraulicais een pluspunt.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend, klantgericht en werkt georganiseerd, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van variatie in je werk.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B om klanten vlot te bereiken.
