We zijn op zoek naar een Mechanieker die uitdaging en voldoening haalt uit gevarieerd projectwerk en mechanische optimalisatie. Je komt terecht bij een gerenommeerd en internationaal gericht staalbedrijf die specialist is in de productie van staalproducten op maat van industriële bedrijven. Hiervoor beschikken ze over een eigen technologiecentrum en engineeringsdienst om het productiepark te vernieuwen, om te bouwen en te optimaliseren. Je start onder meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als optimalisatie mechanieker sta je in voor het uitvoeren van optimalisaties, ombouwwerken en retrofits op bestaande productielijnen.
  • Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij de installatie van nieuwe machines.
  • Je richt je op mechanische werken zoals het monteren en afregelen van assen, lagers, koppelingen, dichtingen, en andere mechanische componenten.
  • Op basis van technische plannen ga je pneumatische en hydraulische schakelingen maken.
  • Je bewerkt mechanische componenten en constructies en voert hierbij de nodige laswerken uit.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma mechanica, elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of soortgelijk.
  • Je kan goed mechanisch planlezen en beschikt over sterke montage vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met metaalbewerking zoals halfautomaatlassen, draaien en frezen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent sterk hands-on ingesteld en werkt graag mee aan nieuwe creaties en machines.
  • Je bent vooral leergiering en gedreven om technische uitdagingen aan te gaan en jezelf naar een technisch hoger niveau te brengen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig in team werken, hebt oog voor veiligheid en werkt graag nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt in dagdienst.
