Wil je als Mechanieker vaste nacht zelfstandig storingen oplossen in plaats van telkens iemand te moeten inschakelen?

In Zolder werk je in een industriële betonproductie met verschillende productielijnen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, technische afwisseling en een stevige nachttoeslag van €3,1842 per uur.

Je werkt met mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica. En wanneer een productielijn stilvalt, begint jouw technische uitdaging.

's Nachts ben jij niet gewoon aanwezig. Je moet weten wat er moet gebeuren.

Functie-inhoud Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar terrastegels, klinkers en andere betonproducten worden gemaakt.

Als Mechanieker vaste nacht verdeel je jouw werk tussen de productielijnen en het technisch atelier.

  • Je analyseert mechanische storingen en vindt snel de oorzaak.
  • Je werkt aan mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische installaties.
  • Je herstelt, vervangt en stelt onderdelen correct af.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en helpt stilstanden beperken.
  • Je volgt technische meldingen en werkbonnen op via QR-codes.
  • Je werkt in een stoffige, lawaaierige en fysieke productieomgeving. Olie, stof en vuile handen horen erbij.

De technische ploeg bestaat uit 9 medewerkers. Per shift zijn er 2 mechaniekers en 1 elektrotechnieker aanwezig.

Tijdens de vaste nacht ligt de nadruk sterk op zelfstandigheid. Je moet technische problemen zelf kunnen analyseren en oplossen.

Je bent iemand die liever zelf uitzoekt waarom een machine stilvalt. Je wacht niet af tot iemand vertelt wat je moet doen. Je werkt graag met je handen en denkt technisch mee. Ook wanneer een storing midden in de nacht voor je neus staat. Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust een ervaren profiel. Je hoeft niet alles te kennen, maar je moet wel zelfstandig kunnen redeneren en handelen.

Must-haves

  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Ervaring met storingen zoeken en oplossen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig technische problemen analyseren.
  • Je wil werken in een vaste nacht binnen een industriële productieomgeving.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring als mechanieker of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Ervaring in betonproductie, bouw of zware procesindustrie.
  • Ervaring met industriële machines.
  • Kennis van lassen of metaalbewerking.
