Binnen deze functie als mechanieker ligt de focus op technisch onderhoud en kwaliteitsgericht werken binnen een professionele werkplaats.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan zware bedrijfsvoertuigen met oog voor detail;
  • Correct stellen van diagnoses volgens geldende merkrichtlijnen en duidelijke klantafspraken;
  • Waarborgen van betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van voertuigen tijdens elke technische interventie;
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en helder rapporteren over uitgevoerde werken;
  • Actief bijdragen aan het onderhouden en verbeteren van het ISO 9001-kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem;
  • Werken volgens vastgelegde procedures en doelstellingen opgelegd door de invoerder;
  • Zorgvuldig omgaan met materialen, gereedschappen en planning binnen de werkplaatsomgeving;
  • Streven naar maximale klanttevredenheid door kwaliteitsvol en tijdig vakmanschap;
  • Continu aandacht hebben voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Wat maakt van jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Diploma bachelor automechanica, A2 automechanica of gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring;
  • Technische kennis om toegewezen werkzaamheden correct, zelfstandig en volgens instructies uit te voeren;
  • Vermogen om een constant en efficiënt werktempo aan te houden binnen een professionele werkomgeving;
  • Sterke aandacht voor orde, netheid en veilig werken in de werkplaats;
  • Klantgerichte en correcte houding in contacten met collega’s en klanten;
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid en bereidheid om nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen;
  • Stipte en betrouwbare werkhouding met respect voor afspraken en procedures;
  • Motivatie om gerichte opleidingen te volgen zowel intern als bij externe leveranciers;
  • Rijbewijs C of CE vormt een meerwaarde, maar is geen vereiste.
